Hello from Baton Rouge! I am finally not sick anymore! Last week was miserable! After a 26 hour road trip from Los Angeles to Baton Rouge, I ended up having to go to the emergency room 2 times in one week! I also had to have a surgery and I lost so much weight it was scary. The doctor told me I can't work out for 2-4 weeks so it looks like my half marathon training will have to go on hold for now. 

On Sunday morning I woke up and randomly decided I wanted to cut my hair short for the first time in years. I went to Paris Parker Aveda Salon in Baton Rouge and got 5 inches cut off!  Do y'all like it? When my hair fell to the floor I had nearly had a mini panic attack but now I'm in love with my Olivia Palermo-ish haircut. Now I feel like a new person and my hair is healthier than ever. 

This floral skirt is from my online store, Lola+Bella. I love it so much! It's so girly and the peplum gives this outfit a lovely touch. I can't wait to wear it out when school starts! Hola amigos! I just finished up my BCBG internship here in the City of Angels, and pretty soon I will be taking the long drive back to good ole' Baton Rouge to finish my last semester of college at LSU. 

I love these lavender ruffle shorts from Lola+Bella! Lavender is my favorite color of all time, and I am not just saying that because I go to LSU! My big sister and I started Lola+Bella as a hobby because we have a passion for finding unique pieces of clothing. These shorts and everything else on Lola+Bella come from Australian designers. I love how these ruffles add a cute, intricate touch to a simple pair of shorts. I get so many compliments from random people when I wear them. BCBG MAX AZRIA + VBB Necklace Giveaway

This was one of my outfits when I was in Beijing last week! It was so so so cold there I almost died (seriously). I am from Texas where I am usually wearing shorts for Christmas. I had to wear thermals under everything in Beijing and I looked like a giant marshmallow! Haha! That being said, I did not bring my camera around much because I was already wearing 3 pairs of gloves and could not even snap pictures without getting frozen fingers!

  I saw these tie dye shorts on the rack at ZARA and I fell in love at first sight! The best part about them is they have golden studs near the pockets and on the back. I combined them with a simple white t- shirt to create a very casual outfit for a shopping day at the Houston Galleria. I matched the shorts with a golden spiked necklace and a golden spiked bracelet to create a punk effect. I am also in love with these short heels from Nine West. I don’t usually shop at nine west but these reminded me of a pair of Tory Burch heels! I am also obsessed with my new bunny iPhone case! Enjoy!

Vi a estos cortos de tinte empate en el bastidor en Zara y me enamoré a primera vista! La mejor parte de ellos es que tienen clavos de oro cerca de los bolsillos y en la espalda. Yo les combina con un blanco simple camiseta para crear un equipo muy informal para un día de compras en la Galleria de Houston. Que coincide con los pantalones cortos con un collar de oro con púas y una pulsera de oro con pinchos para crear un efecto punk. También estoy enamorado de estos talones cortos de Nine West. No suelo comprar en Nine West pero me recordó a un par de Tory Burch talones! Disfrute!

Zara Top / Forever 21 Shorts / Nine West Espadrilles / Forever 21 Purse 

I am beyond in love with this side purse I bought at Forever 21! It looks just like a Chanel but it was way less expensive. Aside from the awesome purse, there is only three weeks until I take off on a plane to Europe. Right now I plan on going to Portugal, Spain for 7 weeks (Barcelona, Madrid, Ibiza?), the French Riviera, and Italy. I am so excited to visit Monte Carlo, just because it looks so awesome in Hollywood movies. I will definitely be bringing my Nikon along with me so I can show you guys my journey.

I am so excited  that I am a Victoria's Secret PINK Campus Rep at LSU. This internship is so cool because the other Campus Rep and I get to fly to the Victoria's Secret headquarters in August for brand training. I also just found out that I am a Camus Rep for Rent The Runway as well. I can't wait to get started with my career in the fashion industry!
