Vegan Leather

What I'm Wearing:
Top- Zara (similar here)
Heels- Shoe Dazzle (similar here)
Necklace- BCBG
Purse- BCBG
Bracelet- Handmade Gift

I am in love with leather right now (vegan leather, that is)! These vegan leather shorts from Necessary Clothing are perfect for the fall transition. In the south it doesn't get cold until November so it's a shorts party until then. Sometimes we are even wearing shorts on Christmas because the weather is so bipolar! My BCBG purse is also made from 100% vegan leather. I just love oversized bags because I feel like I am a young Mary Poppins! Yesterday I was pulling cookies, umbrellas, notebooks, and God knows what out of my purse. Happy Humpday!

I am currently in love with the sports-tee trend this season. I am a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl so I will be rocking this trend a lot. I am so excited for football season to start! LSU football games call for some gameday dress shopping. 8 days until the first game of my senior year! I hope you love this simple yet chic outfit!

Hello from Baton Rouge! I am finally not sick anymore! Last week was miserable! After a 26 hour road trip from Los Angeles to Baton Rouge, I ended up having to go to the emergency room 2 times in one week! I also had to have a surgery and I lost so much weight it was scary. The doctor told me I can't work out for 2-4 weeks so it looks like my half marathon training will have to go on hold for now.

On Sunday morning I woke up and randomly decided I wanted to cut my hair short for the first time in years. I went to Paris Parker Aveda Salon in Baton Rouge and got 5 inches cut off!  Do y'all like it? When my hair fell to the floor I had nearly had a mini panic attack but now I'm in love with my Olivia Palermo-ish haircut. Now I feel like a new person and my hair is healthier than ever.

This floral skirt is from my online store, Lola+Bella. I love it so much! It's so girly and the peplum gives this outfit a lovely touch. I can't wait to wear it out when school starts! The top is from one of my favorite blogger's online store, Sincerely Jules! She inspires me and I had to get this cute top from her! You can see how she styled the Célfie top here.

Shoes: Zara S/S 13 (similar here)

Hola! I hope you love this bright outfit post! I wanted to celebrate National Watermelon Day with a bang! I am not much of a pink kind of girl, but this bright pink top is just so perfect. When paired with white, it can make anyone look super tan! I also love how there is a simple open slit down the back. I also love these Zara shorts I bought during the springtime in Houston. So freaking comfortable! And the best part..... you can put them in a washing machine on cold (most Zara shorts can't)! I love all my reader support!

PS: don't forget to enter the BCBG necklace giveaway HERE!! The giveaway ends tomorrow!!!
